Speaklio Acceptable Use Policy

What is not allowed when using the Speaklio app.

Prohibited behaviour

You agree not to use Speaklio in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or interferes with the operation of the app or other users’ ability to use it.

Impersonation

You may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization when using Speaklio.

Abuse and fraud

You may not attempt to abuse, defraud, or manipulate Speaklio's features, including its account, subscription, or usage systems.

Reverse engineering

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Speaklio, except where applicable law explicitly permits it.

Automated misuse

You may not use bots, scripts, or other automated means to access or interact with Speaklio outside of normal, intended use.

Illegal or harmful content

You may not record, upload, or share content through Speaklio that is illegal, infringes on others' rights, or violates applicable law, and you should not record confidential information you are not permitted to share.

Account sharing

Speaklio accounts are intended for individual use. Sharing an account in a way that misrepresents whose practice data or progress is being tracked is not permitted.

If you believe someone is violating this policy, contact us using the details on our Contact page. We review reports and take action consistent with our Terms of Service.
